The successful student will receive, as part of their induction, a Student Manual. This will serve as a reference and guide whilst studying at the school.
The School aims to create a learning environment where the needs of the learner are met. The School's aim is to make sure all learners understand what is required from them in their proposed course. All students will be given support and encouragement to achieve within the learning environment.
The School puts emphasis on pre assessment activities to minimise post assessment activities as much as possible.
Students have available, at the School, a workshop that is equipped with state of the art, well maintained equipment. The School has been developed to accommodate a maximum of 20 students, thus maintaining a personal and approachable environment to study in.
All basic tools are provided for the classes, but you will be encouraged to own a small basic tool kit.
All full-time students are expected to have their own basic tool kit. As a part of induction you will be supplied a basic tool kit. This is at a cost of $450.00 exclusive of GST. Cost is subject to tool prices and availability.
For intermediate/advanced students additional tools are needed to supplement your basic toolkit. All tools can be sourced through Regal Castings Ltd. at favourable rates and need not be acquired all at once.
